Also, forward of the flex pipe the exhaust pipe is intended to be secured to the aluminum engine stiffener above it.

I think the resonator were just used on the level 2 Saturns. They have nothing to do with the flex pipes which are necessary to handle the engine movement.

I just did a water pump and R&R two of the pump bolts from above since I found it easier. I did not touch the compressor or engine mount. Everything except for those bolts I did thru the wheel...

The listing is for a DOHC so the orientation of the flange that bolts to the manifold is different.

That's the head size not the actual screw size which I believe is 5mm. You can use a 1/4" ratchet to snug them up, just go easy. I did look for an actual torque value as you asked for but couldn't...

The clamp goes around the pressure and return lines just below the test port. That long bolt threads into a bracket that is screwed to the intake.

The usual problems with the plastic DOHC manifolds are coolant leaks. It's the SOHC engines that are prone to defective intake manifold gaskets which cause vacuum leaks and associated idle problems....

I've had it happen on my 97 several times and I believe it was the valves not closing all the way. It would resolve itself by letting it sit a while before trying again. I have not experienced it...
