Re: New RL VUE Owner ? about trans.

Yes, the shift points are more firm than domestic vehicles. Our family drove GM vehicles for many years and it took some getting used to the feel of the Honda transmission. It will smooth out some...

Re: Question About Ordering From

They ship fedex ground. You should get a confirmation with a delivery date. I ordered some items May 27 and they came on June 3rd. Not bad for with that Monday being a holiday.

Re: Recall done

Had my RL done last week, along with a 2nd. RDM replacement. I really can't notice any difference in ride quality, but seems to handle slightly better in tight curves.

Re: which tire size for 18s

Anyone put 255/55/18 on a RL. Seems like they would fit but space would be tight. Just wondering if anyone has done it.

Roll Eyes RDM noise gone

I've noticed since the weather has been colder that the noise from my RDM has disappeared. Is this a function of the fluid become thicker because of the cold weather? Has anyone ever had a...

Happy Re: First Drive in Real Snow: A Report

Hey! we live in Indianola. Took the AWD RL out twice to see how it would in the ice and then on the snow. I think it did better than my old Expedition! I haven't had the "updated" RDM work done yet...

Re: Severe VUE withdrawal

In October wife and I flew into Philly and the car rental "upgraded" us to a Ford Explorer. Drove it around New Jersey and Northern PA for a week and hated that Explorer the whole time. Nothing...

Re: Continuation

What utter nonsense this all is. Didn't this start with a 16yr. old expressing his opinion after driving a 4 & a 6. I am sure ( if he is still reading this stuff) he is impressed with the maturity...

Re: My thoughts on the FWD6 and FWD4m

This household has 2 Vues: a 03 4cyld 5spd (wifes) and my RL. #.5 is much more quite - wife even comments how quiet compared to hers. I drive the 5spd (when she let's me) just for the fun of it. I...

Re: Why so much $ for a cabin filter

Re: Why so much $ for a cabin filter

Man you are right in the amount of dust the Vue let's in. One trip down a gravel road and there is dut everywhere. How dust comes out of the power door lock switches is a mystery to me - so I always...

Re: 3.5L V6 Vue Air Intake Kit

I see the weld someone mentioned in an earlier post. Did they smooth that out on the inside? If not the turbulence caused by the air going over the rough spot would cause some performance loss.

Re: Need help for new Vue

Can't find the promotion now. Came in the mail & we discarded it as we are happy with our present VUEs. Might have been a local dealer campaign of some sort.

Re: Testing AWD function?

Had the RDM replaced on my RL at 6000mi, now at 15000 noise is beginning to come back. My front wheels never have spun and I've tried on wet and other slick surface roads. Figured I may be a little...
