Hail damage to clear coat

Clear coat on the roof has been damaged (see Pic) so I need a new clear coat.

- The noise is more like knocking-clicking and less like grinding.

One more detail: the clicking when braking starts after the car is warmed up. No clicking on cold car.

2000 Saturn SL1. Wiper motor died. I tested everything else: fuse, switch voltage and resistance - OK.
Next - got used wiper motor from junk yard (same p/n), connected it to the car to let it run...

Wheel Well rust-out

Hello all Saturn Fans.

I found an ugly rust-out on the inside of driver-side wheel-well. I removed all loose rust then cleaned the area down to bare metal.

I just replaced an ignition wire-set (Life-Time Warranty). The P0341 code is cleared now. So looks like I had problem with ignition wire(s) - in addition to corroded ICM grounding...

The caliper bracket clip (the bottom one) has a groove - right where the pad sits. Just like someone used a drift and hit it with a hammer.

Please explain how to check the bearings. So far I cheched for loose parts - found no movement in control arm, tie-rods and the hub.

I recently replaced a rusted brake tube to rear wheel with Ni-Copp tube then bleeded that wheel as usual. The fluid level in the Master Cylinder never got too low. With new tube I'm not loosing fluid...

I wonder - how could air get into the AC system. I never disconnected any AC component or hose. And there was some pressure left before I put my 134a into the system...

Clutch is engaging. That means there is enough pressure to keep pressure switch closed... Why - no cold air ???
