Don't overlook the contribution of the compression measurements for each cylinder.

New motor mounts wont knock out the jumbling/shaking of your running engine if there is a reasonable power...

Those mounts were some of the best improvements I ever applied to my car. The shaking of the motor dampened up quite a bit and then after I rebuilt the motor, which balanced the compression equally...

I only backed out the garage to park the car across the street. It was loud enough for the neighbor to notice and say I needed to get some oil into the engine....

Did you keep in place all the dirt and grime shrouding the transmission and other parts? That stuff acts as good insulation to help keep the heat inside where you dont need it the most. :D
