Cadillac or Saturn L300, the crankcase ventilation systems are similar if not the same, using similar routing from the rear of the engine to feed blowby gases back to the intake air system.

Yes, they do. In addition, needle nose and lineman pliers work. Anything that can grab the two tangs, squeezing them together expands the clamp.
