TIV transmission fluid left blue stain

I changed the transmission fluid in my 2003 Ion sedan today. A little bit of the special T-IV fluid spilled on the concrete (new, not what I drained). I cleaned it up with kitty litter and it seemed fine. Now, hours later there is a blue stain where the spill was. It was red this morning when spilled.

What would make the stain turn blue?

Could be any sort of fluid reaction with minerals in the concrete.

Dexron turns black on mine [ 86 OLds Calais with GM Hydra fluid]. I would expect my 05 ION with GM Hydra to do the same

Pretty sure its intentional for leak detection
red/brown is easy to miss on the ground, blue stands out
removing the stain is going to suck as its permeated the concrete

Get a handful of clay cat litter.

Put on top of stain.

Dance on top of cat litter, preferable wearing shoes...

No, I am not kidding, grind it into a powder and into the concrete.

Sweep up...

Even better,if you have kids, get them to dance with you...
