L Series Removing Old A/C Evaporator Pipes

L Series Removing Old A/C Evaporator Pipes

Removing and replacing old leaking pipes going to/from the evaporator core is a challenging effort. The easy part is removing the various pipe clamps and disconnecting the lines. The tough part is getting the pipes out and back into the engine bay. There are many twists, turns and obstacles to deal with. The only way the pipes can be removed is out between the engine and firewall as pictured. MUCH time and patience is required!
