Display Hall

This Ford Focus was used by the IIHS in one of the first prototype side-impact tests with a Ford Explorer. Note where the head of the dummy in the Focus hit the hood of the Ford Explorer (see red paint and dent in hood). The Focus was not equipped with side-curtain airbags.
