Saturn to Accept GM Card Points

Over the years, enthusiasts and potential customers alike have often asked why Saturn retailers would not accept standard GM Card points towards the purchase of a new vehicle. That's all about to change. Recent reports indicate that the brand is about to give customers the ability to cash in. Multiple sources have confirmed to SaturnFans.com that beginning on or around April 15th, Saturn customers will be able to receive discounts off Saturn's manufacturer suggested retail prices, based on the redemption allowance that's accrued on their General Motors credit card accounts. Canadian Saturn customers have been able to use their GM points for years.

Not much else is known at this time, so stay tuned for more details. More information will be posted as it becomes available. If you don't have a GM Card today, you can apply for one online. According to the GM Card website, folks who have the latest GM "Flexible Earnings" card will be able to apply 1% of their credit card spend toward the purchase of a new Saturn.
