I was looking on Ebay and found a company that has a turbo kit for the Saturn Ion but does not display it on their website. The kits on the site are ranging in price around $1200 USD. This almost sounds to good to be true. What do you think? Would I be wasting my money?

uuummm yeah, where is the manifold? down pipe? and piping is do it your self...buy the time you get your manifold and everything else you will be right around 3K! then still need tuning...! not worth it at all

i don't even need to read your post. thread title alone says "yes, 2 good 2 be true". end of story.
a turbo kit that will last and won't blow your **** up, is never "cheap" - gotta pay to play. edit: correction - an F/I kit that will last and won't blow your **** up is never cheap. ... +rep always appreciated! i wouldn't trust that turbo for anything higher than 10psi as it is.. if you have the money go Garrett you will never regret it..
