Question 80000 mile maintenance

My 97 SL1 just turned 80,000 miles. I was just wandering if there is any kind of service maintenance that I should look at doing. I do not have a maintenance schedule, so I'm not sure if there is anything different that I should be looking for. Thank you in advance...Pete

Default 80000 mi maintenance

80k doesn't divide by 3k evenly so there is maintenance required at 78k and 81k. 78k required oil change, inspection of boots/suspension bushings/ball joints, inspection of exhaust/shields, lubrication of door hinges/latches/hood/sunroof/locks, and finally tire rotation and brake inspection. 81k only requires an oil change. Hope that helps, happy motoring!

You can refer the owner's manual about the maintenance for the mileages you're reaching. Mostly the tasks just involve checking on Exhaust, Ball-joints and suspension stuff. Maybe you can consider changing the Fuel filter if not already done so in 60k.....

If you don't have an owner's manual, the maintenance schedule up to 180,000 is on the Saturn website.
