I have a new VUE, that I only have 505 miles on and I had to take it in for service today. If you hear a rubbing noise when you turn the steering wheel left or right, you should see about it asap. It ended up to be a problem with the Left Front Strut bushings rubbing against one another. The Saturn Engineer was called to look at this to see if any adjustments had to be made on the assemby line.

THis could have happened on any vehicle.

I still love to my VUE. Thumbs up to Saturn for a great job on the VUE.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

Good to see they're on top of it.

Enjoy your new VUE.

Thanks. I was amazed when they called me and told me that the Saturn Engineer was looking into the matter. That is really impressive. I just love my VUE. I hated to leave it over night until they get the part in but I will live.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!
