Can someone please tell me where the Instument Panel light fuse is? I checked the the fuse center on the passenger side and the fuse center under the hood and still couldn't find it. Also..my "PARK" fuse under the hood was blown..and keeps my pop up lights up. I replaced the fuse and it was immediately blown again when I turned to the parkling light. Anyone got ideas or suggestions?

Your problem is one in the same . . . the 10 amp PARK fuse is the instrument panel fuse. The fuse is for:
Front park lamps Tail lamps Front & rear marker lamps License lamps Radio display Instrument cluster backlighting & dimmer Cigarette lighter ring light & ashtray light Automatic shifter light HVAC control backlighting As for why it's blowing, maybe you have a short, or something is drawing too much current (unlikely since all are little bulbs).

Well I just installed a new cd player..when all this happend so I'm thinking something isn't hooked up right. My old cd player we set up like this
yellow cd wire to red dash wire red cd wire to yellow dash wire black cd wire to black dash wire So when I tried to hook the new one up like that I got nothing, so someone told me to hook the yellow and red wires comming from the cd player to each other..then hook those to the yellow comming from the dash..thus leaving the red one unhooked. So I tried it and it works now...but I think something is messed up about the setup because of that fuse blowing now when ever I turn to my parking lights. If anyone can tell what to do I'd be really really thankful, because the way its lookin now I'll prolly have to shell out big bucks for an audio store to fix a 5 minute problem. Thanks guys.

Your problem may be a short in a brown wire at the radio. You have 2 brown wires to the radio. One is to the lft rear speaker and one is power from the park lamp switch.
Oh yes, This isn't your problem, but just to let yoiu know. You have 2 yellow wires as well. One to the lft rear speaker. The other is the power wire from the radio fuse

Did you carfully tape off any unused wires? The unused red power wire could be touching some metal in the dash and shorting the circuit. I would definitely look into the dimmer wire. This wire dims the radio display when you turn on your parking/headlights and you say this is when the fuse blows. Make sure this wire (used or unused in your setup) is insulated everywhere.
