Default Upcoming incentives?

Does anyone have any inside information on what Saturn will be offering as incentives in January? We are looking at a Vue and the dealer has one on order that will be in early January like I want, but he said the current incentive plan would be gone by then. He also mentioned that it might be a better one, you never know. I thought that he probably knew and just wouldn't tell us, but anyway. I just thought some of you might know by chance. Thanks!

Nobody but GM will know until the first of the year. Unless you have a connection with someone directlty in finances with GM, no one will know until the first of themonth. It would be nice to know, but we dont even get any notice till the 1st. sorry

Andie, I'm a sales manager at a facility and I can tell you we have no idea what is coming yet. I'm sure your consultant is just being optimistic in his outlook. We will find out the programs on Jan. 4 when the current incentives expire.

Dear GM, allow me to use GM Card points, and I'll buy a new VUE from you in 2006.

I'm betting thirty cents that GM has another Red Tag / Employee Pricing bonanza by March 1st. Any takers?

Any current news on incentives now that the Jan 3rd deadline has passed? The website doesn't say. It says contact your local dealer.

Current incetives here at Saturn of Okemos (should be good for any other North Central region facility):

Saturn Owner Loyalty is back, $500 down payment on any new 2005/2006 model, transferrable to household members.

Finance Rates for 2006 VUE/ION/Relay:
36 mos. = 1.9% 48 mos. = 2.9% 60 mos. = 3.9% 72 mos. = 5.9%
or you can take a 5.9% and receive $750 down payment for up to 60 mos. (this would benefit you on vehicles under the $16,000 range)

Ion 2 and VUE FWD 4cyl have 0% for up to 48 mos. 60 and 72 mos are the same as above.

Ion 2 Sedan 5spds have a $250 Cap Cost Reduction on Leases

Vue FWD 4cyl 5 spds have a $350 Cap Cost Reduction on Leases

All programs are through GMAC with Approved Credit!!

Hope this helps.

Money says they will make the "or" into "and" before it is all said and done. If they'd put a SKY in the cargo area, they'd sell faster.

What are the actual sales numbers on those to the pulic and not to fleets??

I don't know about that, this is essentially the same program we've run on the 05 Relays for the last 2 months with no changes, and seeing how we are down to 2 here I'd say this is as good as it'll get.

There were nearly 14,800 Relays sold Retail and 25 Sold Fleet in 2005.

I read yesterday (I think it was bloomberg.com) that GM is going to announce across-the-board price reductions on Tuesday, January 10th.

I'm in the market for a new car and will certainly wait until that announcement is made.

I've got the updated Relay pricelist online now. It looks like they deleted StabiliTrack and repackaged some of the options as well.
