Default NEWB amp question

First of all, sorry if this is dumb and/or has been posted before but...

I have an MTX MXA3002 amp rated at 150W X 2 @ 2 OHMS that I would like to use to power two Infinity 6.75" Kappa 652.7i speakers in the front doors. These are rated at 75W @ 2 OHMS. So can i not use this amp, or is there a way to "turn it down" sort of, so it won't overpower these speakers. I thought that maybe adjusting the gain could compensate for the difference, but I'm still learning about all of this and don't want to mess anything up. Thanks in advance for any help...

REWARD EXCELLENCE!
