history of car...
1993 sl2 fresh rebuild engine, lots of goodies. Rebuilt tranny, welded diff pin. brand new spec stage 2 clutch sms flywheel everything goes fine.... fast forward 2500 miles clutch starts acting up, won't disengage fully. I thinks must be old hydralics.... I replace hydralics, problem goes away for three days now problem back. WTF??!! clutch doesn't disengage fully, and clutch engaes right off floor. Could I have put something together wrong?

Normally the clutch pedal engaging low to the floor is a hydralic problem. Just like you figured. That fact that it fixed for three days when you replaced the hydralics means that you were right. Doing it again means that you could have gotten a bad master/slave unit. Inspect/remove it and see if there is there any fluid leakage from it. I would imagine that there will be some kind of warrenty on it after only three days.
... A lousy day in paradise is still a day in paradise.

This is a long shot, but my clutch with 160K on it quit disengaging. I replaced the hydraulics. Seemed to help some, but not much. It wound up being worn/broken fingers on the pressure plate. It wasn't slipping at all. Unless you got a bad pressure plate, I wouldn't expect that to happen in 2500 miles though.
