Default Clutch Release Fork

How does the pin (I guess) connect from the clutch release fork to the clutch fork stabilizer. You can see it on the end of the fork.

My son pressed on the clutch while the engine is out. We were able to take the engine out while leaving the tranny in place.

thanks,

Yes, I looked at the pics from your post. Mine are also from Razorbak's collection.

I understand where the clip attaches to the fork, but how does it attach to the other part or does it just sit on top of it.

thanks,
The clutch fork stabilizer is just a rubber pad that sits over the top of the ball joint screwed into the clutch housing. It provides a cushion for the clutch fork movement as it rotates around the ball joint. Just push it over the ball joint and it pops into place.
