Hi All.
This is my 3rd Saturn in 20 years; that's how much I love them! This one, an 06 Vue, I've had to replace 2 02 sensors the past couple months and I still get the same error codes (for the same bank (1)), plus there's a High Voltage error code each time, too. Pretty sure it's a wiring issue, but I am no mechanic nor electrician. I've gone from 32mpg to 13mpg in just the past year. Has anyone else had this electrical problem? And how did you fix it? I suppose I could start throwing different fuses at it, but something tells me it's a wiring problem, but don't have a clue how to go about finding it. Thanks in advance! Nico H |

What are the codes? Why did you mention fuses? Is this a 6 cylinder?

Hi
The one that keeps showing up is P0138 ("Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2"). The other code that kept showing up until this SECOND 02 sensor replacement was P0139. So, after replacing sensors, my three different mechanic friends say it's definitely a wiring issue. One of them did suggest changing fuses, since that'd be a quick and easy (and cheap) troubleshoot, though unlikely the culprit ![]() Nico H |

PS Sorry, I forgot to answer that last question. It's a V6.

Search threads about P0138/P0139 within Saturnfans. It would help to puts vehicle stats into your profile to eliminate playing twenty questions.

Thank you, FDryer
I've updated the stats per your suggestion. And I looked at the PDFs you linked to. My mechanics reset everything each time, but it's still a matter of electrical wiring (Tripping the O2 sensor/voltage codes), but where the actual culprit is we still don't know. Thanks again. Nico H |
