Default 2007 Saturn Aura A/C issues

I have replaced the blower motor and the Blower motor control Module. Now I dont have power at the fuses labeled HVAC CTRL IGN and HVAC BLOWER. All other fuses and relays are good any thoughts on where to start looking.

Some circuits requires ignition ON for powering up specific areas. Electronics replaced mechanical switches for smaller cabin footprints, switchology, by miniaturization and using low voltage signals so electronics can switch things on off.

Did you turn on ignition before measuring for fuse power?

In addition to the above, are there any fuse panels inside the cabin?

My bad. I thought those fuses were in the engine bay. I wish I had access to Alldata or Mitchell........

SRGW, I was going to post those diagrams but I don't think they are correct. The owners manual shows that only the fan high speed relay is in the instrument panel/BCM fuse block.
