Default Installed Tail Lamp Assembly with LED

I have a 2007 Saturn Aura XR.
The Right Tail Lamp Assembly got broken.
I purchased a used one that apparently came off a 2008 Saturn Aura.
The 2007 had a normal back up bulb. The 2008 assembly has an LED back up bulb.

So now the right side as LED back up bulb, the left side has a "normal" bulb.

Should I have any concern? Do I need some sort of equalizer for the LED light?

So far it all works without issue.

If I decide to replace the left side with a matching assembly would that be a problem (again wondering about an equalizer)?

Thanks

Sounds like whoever owned the car that taillight came out of replaced the incandescent bulb with an LED bulb. You can just pick up a set of matching bulbs at the autoparts store so they both match. I believe they're 921's.

Yep, the original backup lamps are #921 incandescent bulbs.

oh ok

That makes sense. I thought maybe Saturn changed the design between 2007 and 2008

Thanks for the feedback!
