Default Quill / input shaft bearing- where to buy?

I just pulled my transmission to replace the clutch and found the disc coated in ATF. I've searched around and looked through hunting4steve's rebuild post, but I started looking around for the seal, and can't find it anywhere. I've looked on rockauto, summit, amazon, all the local store websites, and a few gm parts websites. One of the GM parts places said it is discontinued, and summit said they didn't have any. Does anyone know of a place to source this bearing/seal? I believe the part # is 21120405 from another post. Am I SOL if I can't find one? I'd hate to put a junkyard transmission in it only for it to do the same thing in a year. I was thinking maybe drill a drain hole in the "sleeve" part of the old one right next to the bellhousing to keep the oil from going right on the clutch disc. Any help is appreciated.

I tried rockauto first. When I put it in my cart, an error message came up saying it wasn't in stock. I'll try drivetrain.com.

I called the guy from drivetrain.com and he was very helpful, eventhough he didn't have it himself. He called his GM guy and checked the nationwide database. They confirmed it was discontinued and said only 9 dealer parts departments in the country had any old stock. The closest one listed in NC didn't actually have it, but the one in Salem, VA did and is shipping it to me.

Guess you better get them while you still can. Seems like a bad design to dump ATF onto the clutch when the seal goes bad.

All manual transmissions have some type of seal on that shaft. A failed bearing is a disaster but a leaking seal can be worked around. You do not have to go that way as you have located the OEM part. Be sure to look at the search4steve thread on exactly how to remove and replace that assembly as you can destroy the housing by doing it incorrectly.
