Could be real.

Low Saturn posted a pic of a non-member's '95 SC2 odometer, about 5 years back, that showed 883k miles.

The dude changed his ATF every 10k miles - that's the kind of maintenance the car got. He'd already replaced the driver seat foam twice. Original engine (oil every 3k miles) and trans. Low Saturn was impressed by the shape and maintenance of the car and I imagine that is hard to do

OTOH, the video could just be some guy who swapped in a high mileage cluster into another car

I have done this, for 200,000 miles on my Saturn. That driver was trying to drive and hold their phone. Looking at the tach, they were doing about 40mph in 4th gear with auto trans. And if you watch the full video, he is slowing down and the transmission does downshift like the TAAT does.

That is a real video.

Here is mine.

GM used electronic VSS, with quartz accuracy, for the speedometer signals on the S-Series. They stopped using cable speedometers in the late 1980s, with the trucks and G-Body/B-Body(RWD) applications being the last of the cable speedos

Also any gm odometer after 1969 and others shortly after cannot be tu4ned backwards like that with breaking tamper proof seals and showing it’s been set back.
