Default Dash Panel Switch Re-Wire to battery?

In an effort to get a factory fog light feel, I have the switch and fog light housing themselves. I see there was a way to wire it up via the fuse box but I wanted to know if there is a way to rewire the switch pictured below to the battery via a relay as I want to replace the left empty button with another item as well as my fog lights. Also I already have a wire ready on a relay in the engine bay already...

I couldn't find a diagram via google for the connector that connects to this switch.

The wiring from the switch to the UHJB (Under-Hood Junction Box) is still there, you just need to wire from the UHJB to the fog lights. All you really need is the lights, some good wiring, a few connectors for the lights, and a couple spare UHJB pins to mate together. My brother and I both installed fog lights on Saturns, his a 1997 and my dads a 1999. The 1999 had the relay already, but the 1997 did not.

Wire it like factory; it's not that difficult and it is well documented. Don't let the fuse box connections scare you; it's not as complicated as one would think.

When I did it I used the factory fog light harness on the donor car but clipped the section out that was difficult to access and replaced it with a new wire (soldered and shrink wrapped). It would be easy enough to build your own harness.
