Default Flasher Issue

During the course of sorting out the shift lock issue, I have discovered that only one side of my emergency flashers work. All signals, bulbs and indicators work. The flasher button on the column is acting a bit wonky as well. In fact I was able to get the right side flashers to go but then the left stopped. Any thoughts?

REWARD EXCELLENCE!
