Default Electrical issues transmission

2004 Saturn ion quad coupe, with af23 transmission 133k miles

I've lately had a headache of electrical issues with my saturn ion.
I usually get a 5v reference 2 code every now and a then with some issues such as random flair ups of the temperature gauge, weird rpms and down/up shift.
Accompanied by some TCU error codes like P0641

Now i'm also getting 5v reference 1 code with a bunch of low voltage codes on numerous sensors.

I don't have the proper tools to test a bunch of sensor or wires. Thinking of replacing the TCM and the wiring harness and see if it fixes it as I cannot have the TCM re-flashed as its not the original transmission.

However I cannot find the transmission wiring harness anywhere that goes with the aft23 trans (from the sedan).

Thanks
