Dizzy 2000 sc help

I just bought a 2000 sc ran great on the way home shut it off now when you turn the key on all warning lights on the dash flash cranks over but won't start and gas gauge isn't working or the radio any ideas on why thanks

F5 Junction Block wire is fried, under the dash. There is a kick panel on both sides of the areas of your dash, by the floor boards.

If the cigarette lighter is continuously used for accessory chargers(GPS, cellphone, FM transmitter), it causes the wire to overheat and melt because it is on the same block as the fuel pump.
