Default Loose Part on Front of Dash

On my Saturn 2003 L200, I have a loose plastic piece which is in front of the dash. What would be the best way to put it back in place? I was thinking of Adding Strong Glue for Plastic. Here is the video to show what I'm talking about.

The part you are showing us is a plastic part that clips in place BUT is very prone to disintegrating due to a) being plastic and b) where it is located and thus getting the full force of the sun. You remove it by grasping it and pulling upwards and towards you.

If is breaking up, it is past saving and terminal. The part, like most trim parts is no longer available. Your main source besides Ebay is going to be the junk yard. My son has a 2003 L300 and his did exactly the same. After a trip to the JY, we found one in one piece, that came off in one piece and after over 12 months is standing up well.

Hope this helps

Thank you for the feedback. I'll probably take the same route in terms of going to the Junkyard to locate that piece.
