Default 04 ion no power to wiper motor?

Good fuse, power to fuse box, if it is the 15 amp in the box. Tried two new relays. Any other ideas?

Here's the wiring diagram for your wipers. There are two fuses, a 10 amp wiper fuse in the body control module and a 25 amp fuse in the engine fuse block. Google for procedures to remove the bcm in between the center accessory and floor console if necessary unless the fuse is visible. The bcm will have two large multi-pin connectors on one side.

Also I found if I jump power to high or low I can make it work from using the yellow wire off the switch. I found a grey wire under the column which was broke off. Unsure of what that has to do with anything... But still no power even if I jump it yellow wire where there's power by the switch, to the yellow by the motor

Wipers may be powered through a ramification of approach, despite the fact that most in use these days are powered by way of an electric motor via a chain of mechanical additives, commonly two 4-bar linkages in series or parallel. motors with air operated brakes every so often use pneumatic wipers, powered by means of tapping a small amount of pressurized air from the brake machine to a small air operated motor hooked up on or just above the windscreen
