Default Setting the wiper interval

Does anyone know how to set the wipers to come on every 5/10 seconds? The manual is very limited in how to set them. I have a 2008 Astra. Any help appreciated.

My 2008 Astra XE has 3 settings. fast, slow, rain-sensor driven.

I think there is more info in the owners manual

Come to find out the windshield was replaced in 2014. Took the moulding off and the sensor was not sticking to the glass. Where can i get replacement adhesive to stick it back on? Cheaper the better.

Only options I can think of for the adhesive would be a windshield shop that deals with higher end vehicles and have knowledge about the sensors or dealership

Tried googling 'rain sensor adhesive'? There may be info floating around from many owners and aftermarket advice on troubleshooting, repairs, windshield replacement guides about reattaching rain sensors and more. You can always ask GM. Perhaps European sites may have an answer or other car forums with rain sensors share info.
