2001 SC2
Default Front turn signals

I installed new headlight units in my 2001 sc2. This is weird, the front parking lights come on with headlights on, but don't blink with turn signal. It blinks really fast on the dash. Back turn signals work fine.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

The fast blink from the dash indicates a burnt out out bulb.

Do they come on with the hazards on?

...
In England, they drive on the left side of the road. In New England, we drive on what's left of the road.

I believe it might be a dual filament bulb. One filament activated when parking lights initiated and the other filament burnt out and not working during signaling or hazard lights operation.
Just a guess.

This is the bulb being burned out, front signals use a dual filament bulb so the park lights can work while the other filament is burned out so no turn signal.
