Default Possible AC replacement tubing source

I might be mistaken, but aren't salvage yards the only source of replacement AC tubing for Saturns?

While searching for a totally different product for use at my workplace, I came across a Virginia company that says they regularly makes A/C lines.

Cardinal Rubber & Seal, Inc.

800-542-5737 for inside sales.

You would need to provide them the fitting type connections and the specific shape for them to manufacture to.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

Default Re: Possible AC replacement tubing source

My last repair to my L300 was a few years ago with parts from rockauto. I usually start searching there first before trying other searches.

Its been awhile since I looked but there are places around the country that are more than capable of making ac hose assemblies from scratch with the appropriate fittings. The trick is searching for them and having specific information on hose ID, type and length, type of fittings (aluminum, brass stainless, etc), thread size. One place, http://www.ackits.com/index.php?route=common/home, if I recall correctly can make any hose with fittings when supplied info, even when given the original hose. I think I found sites by using key search terms like ac fittings or ac hoses with Google returning as many sites.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!
