2001 SL1
Default No power at all! Please help!

So, I wrecked my 2001 sl1 a while back. It ended up with a bent front sway bar, bent rim and possibly buckled the subframe slightly. Being that it also had engine issues we bought a whole other car to use for parts. The parts car is a 1998 sl2. I swapped over the sway bar and subframe and decided to take the motor and trans too. Being the engine and wiring difference I went ahead and swapped everything to avoid splicing together my own harness. I swapped the engine harness, body harness, pcm (no longer have the bcm), instrument cluster, both fuse panels and dash board. Everything seems to be connected the way it should but when I connect the battery I have no power to a lot of fuses. I suspect that I have a bad/ missing ground but I canít seem to figure it out. Does anybody have and advice?

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

Another FrankenSaturn in the making except this one's not yet alive? Descriptions seem complete but there are some fine points needed to understand few things separating your '01 gen-3/bcm/Passlock and '98 gen-2 starter interrupt circuit. This is besides your main power issues.

When transferring the '98 wiring harness, did you overlook all the various grounds to electrical and electronics? Ground connections are all over the place. Main ground is between battery and two connections - battery negative to chassis and engine block. Battery positive is between main/secondary fuse panels and starter terminal.

Yes, the battery cables are hooked up correctly. I wanted to avoid having any electrical issues, so I swapped all electrical components. All of the wiring harnesses and almost everything that plugs in to them. I have also downloaded manuals, searched the forums, etc. to make sure all my ground wires and splice packs are accounted for and in the right spots.

Electrical stuff is fun, in that just because it's got a great MECHANICAL connection doesn't mean it has _any_ ELECTRICAL connection.

Which fuse's don't have power? Not all have power all the time, some only in "key-on" and others only when the PCM or some button activates them.
