2004 ION-1 Sedan
Dazed Left Rear Door Actuater Not Working

I have a 2004 Saturn Ion sedan and the left rear door actuater stopped working. I took door panel off and tested actuater and it works with 12V external power supply so I have a wire intruption somewhere. Anyone know any common problems with the wiring on these sedans?

Likely a broken wire in the body to door harness.

You mean right there where the door opens in that black rubber boot?

Correct. You can connect a volt meter to the plug going to the actuator and test for 12v if you press and hold the power lock button. One wire will have 12v when pressing the lock and the other wire will have 12v when pressing unlock.
