Default Microgard oil filter mgl51515

I bought this but cant figure out what it is for, I have a 97 Ford Ranger, 85 Honda Accord, 4000 Ford Tractor, and an 8 N Ford, can anyone tell me what it is for? Your help is appreciated.

It is equivalent to a Fram PH8A, Motorcraft FL1A, and a Wix 51515. It's probably for the Ford Ranger. That is a filter that is commonly used on Fords. A quick Google search indicates that it should also work on the 4000 Ford Tractor.
