Default SL-2 Misses when it's cold outside

The past few winters my SL-2 has been missing badly. All the cylinders have thrown the error code (P030x).

I have gone through and checked or replaced everything I know of and the problem persists until the outside temperature warms up in the Spring.

[Compression]
180, 170, 170, 170

[Fuel]
New filter, checked fuel pressure regulator/fuel pressure, swapped fuel injectors, new PCV

[Ignition]
New spark plugs and wires, new coils, new MAP sensor, new EGR valve, new Crank position sensor, new temp sensors (engine and air intake), cleaned throttle body, new thermostat

There is a noticeable loss of power when the missing occurs.

It usually happens after a few miles of normal operations.

It is fine until it starts to miss. Then the miss/power loss is fairly consistent.

The problem starts when the outside temperature is around 40 degF or below. It doesn't seem to be worse below 0 degF than at 40 degF.

My guess is it's a thermal sensor problem when the system transitions from a cold start condition to normal operating engine temperature.

Are there more temperature sensors?

How can I verify the temp sensor wiring?

Loose cat guts (catcon disintegrated) blocking exhaust flow?
