Default Help with cel CODES P0622, P0606, 02106

2003 Saturn Vue 2.2L FWD 187K mileage.
The SUV has been going dead and stalling sort of like an electrical shutoff after 15 minutes of driving.
Scanned with android OBD Check Torque on ELM327
1.P0622---Powertrain System Voltage Low
2.P0606---Powertrain ECM Processor error
3.02106---Network (this is exact..there was no "P". just 02106
FYI- I noticed that one of the silver lock down clips on the ecm cable connector was missing.
Any help would be appreciated.....
