Default Help with 2008 Outlook XR

We pressed the down button on the rear passenger window and it went all the way down on its own. Now it wont go back up. This happened once before and after shutting it car down and turning back on it fixed itself. But this time its not working. All other windows work perfectly as they should.

Need help as to a fix or what the issue may be......

REWARD EXCELLENCE!

I had same issue and the deLer replaced the master control on drivers door, the one that gets wet when you use the wiper blades with window down. It fixed all window issues.
