New member, old lurker.
Just want to start off with a big thanks to everyone who has made this site what it is. This forum and its members have pulled my fat out of the fryer on numerous occasions. I really just joined the forum to say thanks to all.
97 SL1 manual just rolled over 293,000 miles yesterday. Sister bought it new in 1997, I scooped it up around 2004. No major engine rebuilds, just standard repairs/replacements (clutch, fuel pump, etc.). I guess it's time to start thinking about something new. You know, like a manual SW2 under 200k miles.
