Default '96 Saturn Cylinder Number 3 misfire

I own 2 1996 Saturns SL1 and SW1 which suffer from oil fouling/oil buildup on the spark plug on the 3rd cylinder of both cars.

Is this a common problem, as it is occurring on both cars of differing mileage (120K and 240K) and transmission?

REWARD EXCELLENCE!
