Default 2008 Vue: P0010

My check engine light recently came on, and listed P0010 as the problem code (camshaft position actuator circuit open (bank 1)). I changed the actuator, the light went out, but is now back on. I had the code read again, and it's the same code. I was reading some posts that it could be a solenoid valve. I want to DIY, but am confused on where to start. Thanks for your help!

I'm using backup PC and can't get to my dvd service manual but did find this thread (don't know which engine you have).

if you are out of warranty because of time and still under 100k many dealers will look at covering under warranty.

I had the same problem and resolved it with changing both solenoid valves (just to play it safe). There is a link on here somewhere to a Chevy HHR forum where they do a walk through with pictures.
