I have a 04 L300-3 and changed the battery and now need to unlock the radio.
I have been able to get the factory "scrambled" code (4 digits) but need to get the "unscrambled) code to punch into the radio. I know how to enter the code just need to unscramble the code. Any help would be appreciated.

This might require a dealer call to GM's 800 number and jumping through some hoops before they allow access to the radio. Isn't there a back door method of leaving the radio powered up over an hour before a reset occurs and allows inputting in a new lock code to unlock the radio?
