94 sl-1,manual window problem

Hi

I'm new to this forum and hope to get some help. 94 sl-1 4 door with manual windows. driver's window won't roll up all the way last 1/2". I guess the regulator needs work or replacement. I have removed all torq screws for the door skin to access the regualtor but the outside door handle must come off ;how ? I figure maybe some interior door panel fasteners must be removed and therefore removed 2 in the indented plastic cup shaped handle area and the one near the inner door latch ; door panel wants to come off but window crank handle must come off ,how is this done ? everything easy so far but don't know about the door handle and the window crank handle removal. Any info appreciated. Thanks in advance

I had a similar problem with mine. I removed the outer door skin using this method

Then I cleaned the track using silicon spray lube with a rag, then relubed with silicon grease. This was on a "97" yours may be similar, others should have more info.
