Default Touch up paint?

Where can i get some touch up paint for my car? I have a few chips that i want to fix up. I don't know the code as well but my car is a Red 98 SC-2

That stuff is a silicone and grease remover. Not a bad idea to use it unless you are real good at getting wax off of a car.
