Default caliper rubbing

I have a 2000, lw200 4cyl. The front caliper is rubbing on rim. I changed the pins as one was bent. Now it is doing it again. Any ideas?

Default Re: caliper rubbing

For any caliper to rub its exterior against the inside of any wheel rim would mean the caliper bolts are loose and not fastened tightly. Caliper slide pins are only for allowing automatic alignment/centering of the caliper over the rotor.

Remove the wheel and examine the entire caliper/rotor/wheel hub again. Use the opposite side if necessary to compare a known good brake set up without issues against the problem side. Don't just look - touch and feel where things are supposed to be against what you think is right when its not. And its not the caliper pins.
