03 Vue Neutral Safety Switch

Hi there ii have a 03 Vue 3.0 FWD auto.. i been having a problem of the truck not starting... the dash would come on the stereo works lights work but no sound from the starter.. i replaced the Ignition switch and it still does it not all the time seems to be more often after driving for a while... so i figured it was a starter that was getting excessive heat.. but then it started happening when i leave for work in the first of the morning... so i tryed other methods.. i ran the gear shifter up and down and it started... so i saved up the money to buy a neutral safety switch (330 before freight at O'reilly's)

Hopefully i made the right choice in this matter... i was looking at the switch today (getting ready to replace it) what is the easiest way to replace it that looks like a nightmare to replace
