Default Diagnostic Codes

I just got a 2002 Saturn Vue. I ran a diagnostic test on it and it came back with these codes: P1779, P0221, P0155, P0154, P0700. What do these mean and how do I fix it. I know nothing about cars but am trying to learn. Laymans terms please. Thanks.

REWARD EXCELLENCE!
