Made a cool Video

I made a cool video of my Sky, and edited it with adobe.

Not my usual forum but nice. How did you shoot some of the camera angles like the side of the car and the roof? Im curious as to how that setups done.

Using a Go-Pro camera with a suction cup mount. The audio on the clips through the tunnel was dubbed in from a different camera as the go-pro audio is pretty terrible.

Nice! Sounds cool, simple enough too. I was going to say audio has to come from somewhere as I can see any mic on the outside of a car picking up nothing but wind noise.

Ya, the only places that I use the go-pro sound were the parts where the car was just taking off, and even then it's not great. The rest of the audio was taken from a friends canon T2i with an external mic covered by a nice fluffy mic sock. The majority of the video was also shot with this same camera. The dolly shots were taken by another friends pro sony dv cam worth 6k. All video is in 1080P aside from the very last shot, the flyby that I took with my handheld samsung dv cam in 720p - which is also my favorite shot lol.

Thats actually a sharp effect around 30 seconds where the car stops and as it does the camera moves.
The use of them is honestly cool. Im guessing one of your hobbies/job is involving video editing/photography.

To be honest that should have been an ad for one. Makes you want a sky afterword.

Actualy this is my first video. :-)
I'm a computer tech by trade, so learning how to use computer programs such as adobe premier comes fairly easily.
As for the videography, I'm just an amature, but with the help of my friends both of which are definatly into videography, we came up with some nice shots.

Im in school for Computer tech actually, namely Comp Science and Information Systems (pretty cool because it basically gives me a CS degree that can also do MIS type work as thats where the degree is specialized .

Thats cool with the videography and yes, Ive dabbled with Premier back in High School. Its a neat program (that typically killed the crappy Dell boxes we had) that does quite alot.

No problem for the acknowledgement either!

To be honest, if college didnt regularly clean my wallet out, I would be able to give my VUE a bit more love with wheels and such (someone just posted some alloys for sale in the vue section), hopefully when im out if it survives im going to do a restore and keep it as a nice car and buy a second to run around in.

Try the fair use dispute:

It could just be music you overlayed or had playing in your car while being filmed that caused the copyright dispute. If that's the case, just go through the fair use dispute process. If it is completely an original movie, with no production/marketing copies, then you can also claim that your work was misidentified.

Naa, I used a nickleback song - so it's not misidentified. So I can't really dispute it. It's just silly that your not alowed to do that. It's not as though I'm using their song to make money or something.

Anyone know of a different site I can put it on?
