Hi, A while back I had posted that my transmission died and I asked for some advice. After reading all the info on here and the internet, I decided not to fix the car and just get a new one. Well, I did get a new car but the Vue is just sitting in my driveway. I've been thinking about the posts I read in the Ion forum where this guy changed his VTI with an AF23. Someone asked about the swap in a Vue and they all felt that it would work but there was a question about the computer since the Vue was never made with an AF23. I'm really thinking of attempting this since I hate to see the car just sit. I put a new motor in it 18 months prior and it has brand new tires. Any thoughts on this...whether it will work or not?

I honestly don't know anything about the GM transmissions but I think it would be cool if you could get it to work... maybe some salvation for those owning a VTI
