Default 2002 Vue 3.0 v6 spark plug gapping

I'm planning on putting some new platinum TT spark plugs In tomorrow, I looked in my Haynes manual and the spark plug gap is only listed for the 4 cylinder and 3.5 engines. Does anyone know the correct gapping for a 2002 3.0 engine? Thanks in advance

Steven:

See attached FSM extract - you may want to wait on a 3.0 owner to confirm the gap ... seems like a fairly large spread to me.

Nothing wrong with a plug gap of 0.0035 to 0.043. Set the gap to 0.040 and you are good to go. The underhood emmision sticker should have the plug gap on it as well.

If OEM Bosch came with our 3.0L V6 engine to last 100k miles (mine's currently @67k) and no one's had engine failure with these plugs, why so negative about 'em? Are you driving one?
