2002 SL2, What Mods? Tried Searching

Hello guys! Just got a 2002 Saturn SL2 5-Speed. Nice little car, great car for going back and forth to work. I was hoping to do a few mods to it, but can't really find much. I found an ebay intake, an obx header and downpipe, and that's it? No computer tuning? No short throw shifter? I tried searching the sticky's, but the links are all broken. What are my options? Thanks!

Join sixthsphere, if you last around there long enough to enter the FS section, members have made things for these cars including short throws.

As for tuning, you'd need a piggyback like an SAFC or SAFC-II or a Full standalone like a Megasquirt.

haha +1 on all of those. Don't expect anything cheap. More power is not cheap, more agility is not cheap. And any semi cheap (relatively) gains are minimal.

But to answer your question you can do the following:
Item and location of purchase

Tuning - Custom - No piggyback systems
Springs - H&R, Eiback, Progress (buy in on 6th)
Rear sway - AMR (left overs) Progress (buy in), random others, all through SF or 6th
Intake - Custom/AEM/Ebay
Engine - SF or 6th
brakes - none
shifter - custom made on 6th
stickers (Body by Tupperware!) - 6th
Strut bar - 6th or SF
bushings - ebay
Mounts - OEM - Dealer
Mounts - Poly - SDA, 6th, SF
Tranny - NONE
Exhaust - Header - OBX only (you have a 9 bolt design)
exhaust - catback - Thermal, custom

I thought they were through with the body by tupperware stickers. I asked about them and found out that there weren't being made anymore.

I'm probably selling my Progress Sway Bar. I was part of the first group buy in. Never installed has all the hardware. Let me know if you are interested.

Handling is probably the best place to spend money as Saturn engines don't respond will to power mods.
